If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Get email notifications whenever OSFA creates, updates or resolves an incident.
Get text message notifications whenever OSFA creates or resolves an incident.
Get webhook notifications whenever OSFA creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.

We are aware of intermittent issues that are resulting in some agents being unable to view items from the CCL. We are working to identify the problem and restore this service as soon as possible.
