About the dashboard

The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online Services for Agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. The planned outage to ATO online services originally scheduled for 26 and 27 December was deferred and will now
commence at 10pm EDT on Friday 30 December. All services expect to resume during the day on Saturday 31 December.

Our website, ato.gov.au should be available during this period.

Changes to our schedule were made to support the restoration process of services impacted by the recent system issues so as to ensure our systems are ready for your use at start of business on Tuesday 3 January.
