If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Get email notifications whenever OSFA creates, updates or resolves an incident.
Get text message notifications whenever OSFA creates or resolves an incident.
Get webhook notifications whenever OSFA creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
Overnight maintenance is still ongoing for portals only. Practitioner Lodgment Service and Standard Business Reporting are online.

There have been delays associated with the overnight maintenance that was scheduled to be completed at 7:30am EST this morning. At this time we are unable to provide a precise time when our online systems will be returned
