The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online Services for Agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Please note, correspondence for new clients linked to your practice between Thursday 4 July 11.30pm AEST and Sunday 7 July 2.00am AEST will not have communications listed in CCL.

A fix has been progressively applied with less than 300 clients left to fix as at the time of this update. It is anticipated all remaining clients will be remediated by 11 July 2019.
