About the dashboard

The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online Services for Agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. For more information see Using the Online Services for Agents dashboard.

Monitoring
We have resolved problems with functions associated with the new styled tax agent portal pages (for example client communication list and activity statements) and will be monitoring during the early part of this morning to ensure all services are functioning correctly.

Identified
The problem has been identified and a fix is being implemented progressively. Affected services have been restored however they may be slow or intermittent until the work to fix the problem has been fully implemented.

Investigating
Some of the new styled tax agent portal pages (for example the Client Communication List) are not functioning. We are working to restore these services as a priority.
