The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online Services for Agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. There are intermittent service problems with Online Services for Agents and the Tax and BAS Agent portals. If you experience a problem, we ask that you either try again or wait a while before trying to access services again. We are working on restoring full services as a priority.
